We provide youth sports and fitness coaching, adult personal training, and related wellness services. Services may be delivered in-person at a private studio, outdoors, or online, as indicated during booking.

2. Booking and Payment

• All sessions must be booked through our website or authorized booking platform.

• Payments are due at the time of booking.

• All sessions and packages are non-refundable.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

• Sessions may be rescheduled if advance notice is provided.

• No-shows or missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited at the coach’s sole discretion.

• Emergencies will be handled case-by-case.

• Youth sessions require parent or guardian communication for rescheduling.

4. Liability and Assumption of Risk

• Participation in physical training involves inherent risk. By booking or attending a session, you acknowledge that you (or your child) participate at your own risk.

• You release the coach and associated personnel from liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

• Youth clients must have a parent or guardian present or available for consent.

5. Health and Safety

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to participation.

• Sessions may be modified for safety as needed.

• The coach is not responsible for adverse health effects resulting from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow guidance.

6. Youth Training Consent

• Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate information about their child.

• By booking, the parent/guardian consents to participation, photography for promotional purposes (if applicable), and agrees to all terms on behalf of the child.

7. Online Payments

• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers.

• Payment details are not stored on our servers.

• Payment providers comply with PCI-DSS standards.

8. Communications

• By providing your email and/or phone number, you consent to receiving service-related messages (confirmations, reminders) and optional promotional communications.

• You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

• SMS messages are subject to standard message and data rates.

9. Website Use

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.
